"Chanko" is a popular pot dish with Japanese Sumo wrestlers. Miso Nabe Tei Sumo Chanko follows a traditional Chanko recipe, using chicken stock and Shinshu-style white Miso, and adding various condiments, such as garlic, ginger, and chicken oil, for great flavor and aroma.
Blended Sesame
Miso Nabe Tei Blended Sesame uses two different types of sesame to create a deep, complex aroma and a delicious, nutty sesame taste. A hint of gochujan (Korean red chili paste) adds a spicy edge to the mild miso-based broth.
Spicy Korean
Miso Nabe Tei Spicy Korean is prepared with a rich seafood broth. A carefully selected variety of red chili peppers produces just the right amount of heat to add a kick to the broth's umami flavor burst.
