our 2-year miso is made from the richest ingredients and aged in a storehouse in the countryside of Nagano, Japan. Nagano is well known for its beautiful air, mountains, and clean water. From those ingredients, we have created the 2-year miso.
2-year miso has a deep aroma of miso paste than your average white miso. When drinking it as miso soup, it tastes much stronger than the average miso soup you are used to and carries a great punch of flavor. You can taste the richness in the ingredients used for this miso.
