For a healthy sesame-filled snack or side dish, bring sweet, salty, and umami to asparagus with Miso & Easy.
Peel asparagus about 1/3 portion from the bottom, in order to remove the tough parts. Cut asparagus into 3 portions.
In a medium size microwave proof bowl, add cut asparagus and water. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove asparagus immediately into cold water. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for sauce. Add cooked asparagus and mix well. Serve immediately.
