Try Marukome’s miso version of bruschetta for a burst of umami in every bite.
Mix cream cheese and butter to soften in a small bowl. Add Miso & Easy and pesto sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Heat a grill pan (or BBQ grill) and toast French bread, cut side down, until golden brown.
Slice toasted bread into 2″ lengths. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly. Top with chopped tomatoes.
