Shuck roasted chicken breast. Dice zucchini and squash into bite size pieces.
Evenly coat zucchini and squash with Miso & Easy Original & sauté in Coconut Oil.
When vegetables are tender. Add shucked rotisserie chicken to the vegetables and stir and sauté till everything is evenly coated.
Remove marinated chicken and vegetables from sauté pan once evenly coated and cooked.
Spread marinated chicken and vegetables over a bed of arugula and dress with half of a lemon and pepper to taste.
