  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted cashew nuts

Directions
