- 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup edamame
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted cashew nuts
Whisk Miso & Easy with plain yogurt and vinegar.
Toss the vegetables with the dressing.
Top with chopped roasted cashew nuts.
