GRILLED FRENCH BREAD WITH MISO & EASY SPREAD

Better Than Bruschetta

Try Marukome’s miso version of bruschetta for a burst of umami in every bite.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Miso & Easy
3 oz. cream cheese
¼ c. butter, softened
3 Tbsp. pesto sauce
1 loaf French bread, cut in half, lengthwise chopped tomatoes for garnish

Directions

01 Mix cream cheese and butter to soften in a small bowl. Add Miso & Easy and pesto sauce and mix well. Set aside.
02 Heat a grill pan (or BBQ grill) and toast French bread, cut side down, until golden brown.
03 Slice toasted bread into 2″ lengths. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly. Top with chopped tomatoes.
