  • 1/4 cup Miso & Easy Vegetarian
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


  • 01 Preheat oven to 375F.
  • 02 Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • 03 Beat butter and sugar until fluffy with an electric mixer. Beat in miso, egg and vanilla. Continue beating on high while adding flour mixture until fully combined.
  • 04 Roll cookie dough into a 12-inch log and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, then cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 05 Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
