MISO CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy Reduced Sodium
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2lb. chicken breast
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cup carrots

Directions

  • 01 Cook the chicken breast in boiling water until cooked through.
  • 02 Cool the chicken and shred it.
  • 03 Whisk Miso & Easy and mayonnaise together.
  • 04 Drizzle the dressing over chicken and vegetables.
