Miso Chicken Salad
A Power Snack
High in lean protein and tossed with a flavorful miso dressing, this salad makes the perfect power snack.
- 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy Reduced Sodium
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2lb. chicken breast
- 4 cups lettuce
- 1/2 cup carrots
Cook the chicken breast in boiling water until cooked through.
Cool the chicken and shred it.
Whisk Miso & Easy and mayonnaise together.
Drizzle the dressing over chicken and vegetables.
