Miso & Easy Vegetable Soup
2-Step Miso Meal
You’ll have a healthy miso meal in minutes!
- 4 Tbsp. Miso & Easy
- Ready-to-eat baby carrots
- 2 c. frozen green beans
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 8 to 12 pieces red bell pepper, seeded and sliced lengthwise
Boil water in a medium pot. Lower heat, add all vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
Add Miso & Easy. Do not boil after adding miso. Serve hot!
