2-Step Miso Meal

You’ll have a healthy miso meal in minutes!


  • 4 Tbsp. Miso & Easy
  • Ready-to-eat baby carrots
  • 2 c. frozen green beans
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 8 to 12 pieces red bell pepper, seeded and sliced lengthwise


Step One

Boil water in a medium pot. Lower heat, add all vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.

Step Two

Add Miso & Easy. Do not boil after adding miso. Serve hot!
