Simple and Delicious

This simple and easy recipe brings buttery miso goodness to a classic potato side.


  • 2 tbsp. Miso & Easy Reduced Sodium
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. potato cut into quarter sizes
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced


Step One

Boil the potatoes, cook them through, and drain the water completely.

Step Two

Heat butter in a frying pan and add the garlic and potatoes. Cook, stirring, on high heat until brown.

Step Three

Season with Miso & Easy, and serve hot!
