Miso Garlic Potatoes
Simple and Delicious
This simple and easy recipe brings buttery miso goodness to a classic potato side.
- 2 tbsp. Miso & Easy Reduced Sodium
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. potato cut into quarter sizes
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
Boil the potatoes, cook them through, and drain the water completely.
Heat butter in a frying pan and add the garlic and potatoes. Cook, stirring, on high heat until brown.
Season with Miso & Easy, and serve hot!
