Miso Lamb Stew
MISO LAMB STEW
Ingredients
½ lime, zest only
2 tbsp. butter
1 diced onion
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 diced tomato
2 oz. basil, roughly chopped
1 diced carrot
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup Miso & Easy Original
Directions

Dice lamb, then brown in the bottom of a large saucepan with butter. Remove lamb from saucepan.

Saute onions in saucepan until slightly browned, then add lamb, tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, chicken stock, and Miso & Easy Original.

Simmer on low for 1hr or until lamb is tender.
