MISO LAMB STEW

Ingredients

  • ½ lime, zest only
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 2 oz. basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Miso & Easy Original

Directions

  • 01 Dice lamb, then brown in the bottom of a large saucepan with butter. Remove lamb from saucepan.
  • 02 Saute onions in saucepan until slightly browned, then add lamb, tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, chicken stock, and Miso & Easy Original.
  • 03 Simmer on low for 1hr or until lamb is tender.
