  • This simple and sweet miso dressing tossed into the naturally flavorful cabbage, onion, carrots, and corn draws out even more of the natural goodness in these wholesome foods.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup corn

Directions

  • 01 Whisk Miso & Easy, vinegar, honey, and olive oil together.
  • 02 Toss the vegetables with the dressing and serve.
