Spinach Corn Miso Soup
A 2-Step Miso Soup
This delicious 2-step miso soup is sweeter than the classic, using a mellower white miso and naturally sweet corn.
- 4 Tbsp. Marukome Dashi iri Miso
- 4 oz.(110g) spinach, blanched and cut into ¼ inch strips
- ½ cup corn
- 6 oz Fried Tofu
- 3 ½ cups water
Boil water and add spinach, corn, and fried tofu.
Reduce the heat, and add Marukome Dashi iri Miso. Make sure not to boil after adding Miso. Serve immediately.
