SPINACH CORN MISO SOUP

A 2-Step Miso Soup

  • This delicious 2-step miso soup is sweeter than the classic, using a mellower white miso and naturally sweet corn.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Miso & Easy
  • 4 oz.(110g) spinach, blanched and cut into ¼ inch strips
  • ½ cup corn
  • 6 oz Fried Tofu
  • 3 ½ cups water

Directions

  • 01 Boil water and add spinach, corn, and fried tofu.
  • 02 Reduce the heat, and add Miso & Easy. Make sure not to boil after adding Miso. Serve immediately.
