A 2-Step Miso Soup

This delicious 2-step miso soup recipe brings a twist to the classic with the tasty, healthy additions of spinach and potatoes.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Original Miso & Easy
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
4 oz.(110g) spinach, blanched and cut into ¼ inch strips
3 ½ cups water

Directions

01 Boil water and add potatoes in a medium pot. Lower heat and cook potatoes until soft.
02 Add spinach and Miso & Easy. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
