A 2-Step Miso Soup

This delicious 2-step miso soup recipe brings a twist to the classic with the tasty, healthy additions of spinach and potatoes.


  • 4 Tbsp. Original Miso & Easy
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 oz.(110g) spinach, blanched and cut into ¼ inch strips
  • 3 ½ cups water


Step One

Boil water and add potatoes in a medium pot. Lower heat and cook potatoes until soft.

Step Two

Add spinach and Miso & Easy. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
