- 01 Start by dicing the sweet potato and placing the cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Toss everything together to ensure the sweet potato is evenly coated.
- 02 Spread the sweet potato cubes in a single layer on a heat-safe tray. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
