We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined our Fermentation Discovery Event at the factory on Sunday, November 16th, despite the rainy weather. By experiencing miso fermentation with all five senses, we hope you were able to discover the depth and richness of healthy fermented foods. The smiles and positive feedback we received truly encouraged our team and strengthened our passion for fermentation.
After the event, we conducted a survey and carefully selected five winners to receive a miso gift box. The packages were shipped via FedEx on December 5th.
