15-Minute Miso Garlic Butter Shrimps

A quick 15-minute dish packed with flavor! Juicy shrimp tossed in rich miso butter, golden garlic slices, sweet cherry tomatoes, paprika, and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon for brightness—perfect for a weeknight dinner that feels gourmet.

Ingredients

(Serves 2)
  • 5 large shrimp, cut in half (10 pieces)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. Miso & Easy
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 8–10 cherry tomatoes with stems
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp. paprika (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish
  • fresh lemon

Directions

  1. Marinate shrimp: Toss shrimp halves with sea salt and Miso & Easy. Let sit 5–10 min.
  2. Cook garlic: Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a skillet, sauté sliced garlic 30–60 sec until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Add shrimp: Cook shrimp 1–2 min per side until pink and just cooked.
  4. Add paprika: Sprinkle paprika over shrimp, stir briefly to bloom in butter.
  5. Add tomatoes: Add cherry tomatoes with stems, cook 1–2 min until slightly softened.
  6. Finish: Remove from heat, sprinkle parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, then serve immediately.
