Green Peas With Tofu and Miso Sauce

This vegetarian dish features tofu in a miso sauce, a delightful appetizer suitable for everyone.

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

7 oz. green peas (sheled peas)

2 oz. dried cranberries (sweetened)

salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

3.5 oz. tofu

1 tbsp. Miso & Easy

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. maple syrup

Directions

1:

Boil green peas until soft and drain. Separate dried cranberries if they are stuck to each other.

2:

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.

3:

In a bowl, combine the green peas, dried cranberries, and sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
