1. Booking

Once you request a reservation, we will allocate resources for the special tour and send you a confirmation email. This is your confirmation of booking. It should be saved for your reference.
You accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
We accept no responsibility for incorrect emails or inability to deliver emails. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, you must contact us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you requested.
All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.
It is your own responsibility to check the accuracy of dates and activities booked upon receipt of their booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time if the safety or quality is judged to be compromised. In case of cancellation, we will call you or email you.

 

TOUR GUIDELINES

Please read through these guidelines before taking your factory tour.

General
• Wheelchair accessible but not provided.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the factory.

Regarding Pets and Service Animals

For the safety and hygiene of all guests and our production environment,
pets and animals are not permitted on the premises,
with the exception of certified service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Please note, however, that even certified service animals may not be permitted inside factory or production areas where strict health and safety standards are required by law and internal hygiene regulations.

This policy is to ensure food safety and to protect the well-being of all visitors.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you plan to visit with a service animal, please contact us in advance when making your reservation.

 

Liability Disclaimer

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises, including the factory or other facilities. Please exercise caution, especially when accompanied by small children.

Photography and Media Release

By attending this event, you acknowledge that photographers may take photographs at the venue for record-keeping and promotional purposes, including posting on our website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event staff upon check-in.

 

Factory Tour Safety

 

• Please listen to your tour guide at all times. In the case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by your tour guide. If someone feels sick or has been injured at any time during the tour, please notify your tour guide immediately.
Arrival / Registration
• If you arrive by car(s) please park in the parking lot on the right.
• For Factory tour, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow enough time to check-in.
• Miso dishes will be available for sampling during the event. Please inform our staff of any dietary restrictions you may have. 
(Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies when you make your reservation.)
• The factory handles soybeans, so please refrain from visiting if you have a soy allergy.
• If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible.
•Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the Factory Event and tour will receive a full refund.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the factory.
