  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 10 oz. kale
  • 4 oz. chickpeas
  • 2 oz. feta cheese

Directions

Step One

Mix your favorite flavor of Miso & Easy broth concentrate with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard. Stir with a whisk until fully emulsified.

Step Two

Dice apple and create salad using the remaining ingredients.

Step Three

Add dressing to salad and enjoy.
