Ingredients

(8~10 servings)
  • 3.5 oz unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • A small amount of grated garlic
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • 01 Place the softened butter in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • 02 Add the miso and honey (or maple syrup) and mix well.
  • 03 Add garlic and black pepper if desired.
  • 04 Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
