Vegetables Pickled in Miso
Simply marinate vegetables with a miso sauce in a sandwich bag!
Simply marinate vegetables with a miso sauce in a sandwich bag!
(For one sandwich bag about 6” square)
3 tbsp. Miso & Easy
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. vinegar
Vegetables
[A]
4 radishes
5 grape tomatoes
1/2 carrot
[B]
1 cucumber
1/2 zucchini
1/3 celery
[C]
4 baby corn
3 asparagus
Add miso marinade sauce ingredients to sandwich bag and mix well.
Add vegetables cut into bite-size pieces. For small tomatoes, poke a few holes with a toothpick.
You can eat it if you keep it in the fridge at least overnight.
