Warm Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

This warm salad is easy to prepare. The subtle flavor of miso brings out the flavor of all the vegetables.

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

5 oz. broccoli

5 oz. cauliflower

1 mini pepper

Sauce

1 tbsp. Miso & Easy

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tbsp. vinegar

3 tbsp. water

1 tsp. honey

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1:

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Roughly chop the mini peppers into large pieces.

In a fryingpan, place the broccoli, cauliflower, and 1/5 cup of water, cover and steam cook over high heat.

3:

Once the water is gone, reduce the heat, add the mini peppers and the ingredients for the [Sauce], and quickly mix them together.
