Guacamole with Shio Koji

This simple guacamole recipe incorporates Shio Koji, which adds a unique and rich depth of flavor.

Ingredients

(Serves 2-3)

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp. Shio Koji

Juice of 1 lime

black pepper, to taste

fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the Shio Koji and mash together until well combined.
