(Serves 2-3)
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. Shio Koji
Juice of 1 lime
black pepper, to taste
fresh cilantro, for garnish
Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the Shio Koji and mash together until well combined.
Mix in the lime juice and season with black pepper.
Top with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
