Located next to the Marukome California Miso Factory, our showroom offers a unique opportunity to engage all your senses and learn about the world of fermentation, the history of miso factories, and the significance of koji.
The showroom is open to the public and chefs once a month, and the next opening will be on September 19th. If you're interested, please apply on the website, as the maximum number of participants is 12.
